Job Description:

Qualification: BE Mechanical /Diploma in Mechanical
(4 – 8 Years of Experience)

1. Enquiry Generation: – Networking (Creation & Maintaining Relationship) with Purchase & Technical Team of Factories, HVAC consultants, Government GeM Portal & E-Tenders, Builders & Customers contractors – Successful Completion of Project with Supervisors help & Unique presentation if requires. – Maintaining The data base of Customers and meeting them on regular basis.

2. Proposal Preparation & Submission: – -Thorough understanding of the Project in terms technical, commercial, computations & all Influencers. – Collaborating with Estimation Engineer & Supervisor for Customer Appealing Offer Preparation, Submission & Follow up. – Provide the budgetary offer Supports to the Customer & Maintaining The data base on the quotations given to customers. Evaluate and suggest product and service solutions in line with client need and requirements. Managing the distribution channel network and coordinate with the suppliers to provide backend support and supply of materials.
3. 1. Sales Meetings: -Preparing for meetings via structured research about Targeted Project with the help of Sales- Head – Having Effective sales meetings in order to secure the project:
      1. Understand the requirements & eco system of the clients.
      2. Continuous in touch till the project is awarded and providing all replies over mail or personal meeting.
      3. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
4. Sales Conversion: Negotiate WIN WIN deals – Maintaining profitability as per organization Index – Maintaining the Net profitability of project-by-Project Tracking template of the organization.
